Ghana Grows is a transformative initiative by the Mastercard Foundation, led by the Springboard Road Show Foundation in collaboration with Lyme Haus, Axis Human Capital Limited, and Meraki Arts Africa.
The Programme forms part of the vital component of the Mastercard Foundation’s Young Africa Works initiative, which aims to bridge the gap between young talent and employment opportunities. Our primary target audience is the youth of Ghana, aged between 15 and 35, with a special focus on empowering women and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in both formal and informal sectors.
