Welcome!

Ghana Grows is a transformative initiative by the Mastercard Foundation, led by the Springboard Road Show Foundation in collaboration with Lyme Haus, Axis Human Capital Limited, and Meraki Arts Africa.

The Programme forms part of the vital component of the Mastercard Foundation’s Young Africa Works initiative, which aims to bridge the gap between young talent and employment opportunities. Our primary target audience is the youth of Ghana, aged between 15 and 35, with a special focus on empowering women and Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) in both formal and informal sectors.

Over the course of three years, we are committed to implementing this programme in all sixteen (16) regions of Ghana. Our goal is to close the skills gap, address the needs of employers, and provide the younger generation with the tools they need to seize both current and future job opportunities and also to empower the youth of Ghana to identify and harness the vast opportunities within the Agriculture, Agricultural TVET (ATVET), and AG-adjacent sectors.

At Ghana Grows, we believe in the potential of the younger generation to drive positive change and economic growth in their communities. To achieve this, Axis Human Capital Limited, a partner on this programme takes several initiatives geared towards the growth of youths and employers.

Join us on this journey of growth, empowerment, and transformation as we work together to ensure that Ghana Grows, and its youth grow with it.
