No, you do not have to pay to apply for a job under the Ghana Grows Programme.
We respond to candidates within 10 working days. If you do not hear from us in 10 working days,
then it is possible that you did not qualify for the next stage of the recruitment process.

Under the Ghana Grows Programme, services are free of charge.
Organizations that sign up for the Programme become listed as employers in search of young
candidates to hire for specific roles within their organizations. By this listing, whenever there is an
opportunity to engage a young person for employment, the organization will receive that posting
Employees of the organizations listed receive training made available to their organizations by the
Programme
